Refund & Cancellation Policy

For Print Version

       1. Any cancellation made by the customer before dispatch of the order will attract cancellation charges as 25% of the total order amount. The balance 75% of the total order amount will be refunded to the customer within 7 days from receipt of the cancellation information

      2. No cancellation or refund will be made once the Print copy of subscription(s) has been dispatched to the address provided by the customer to us. Any cancellation made after the dispatch of the order, no amount will be refunded or adjusted against any future order.

For Digital Version

      1. Any cancellation made by the customer before dispatch of the order will attract cancellation charges as 25% of the total order amount. The balance 75% of the total order amount will be refunded to the customer within 7 days from receipt of the cancellation information.

      2. No cancellation or refund will be made once the download link of Digital subscription(s) is emailed to the customer on email id provided by the customer to us. Any cancellation made after the dispatch of the order, no amount will be refunded or adjusted against any future order.
